The Company’s business journey began in 2003 through the business expansion of Dirgantara Yudha Artha (DYA Group) into the medical device sector under PT Oneject Indonesia. Since then, the Company has strengthened its role in the national healthcare sector through various business line developments and strategic partnerships.

Ekspansi Regional

In 2004, the Company began its role in the procurement of Auto Disable Syringes (ADS) and Safety Boxes by establishing long-term partnerships with the Ministry of Health, Health Offices, and Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) across Indonesia.

Sertifikasi & Standar Mutu

Entering 2010, the Company expanded its distribution by providing Blood Screening Reagents to the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and Hospital Blood Transfusion Units (UTD RS) across Indonesia as part of its support for the national blood service system.

Proyek Skala Besar Pertama

In 2013, the Company supported government programs through the distribution of Contraceptive Devices and Drugs (ALOKON) to the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), strengthening its contribution to public health programs.

Penghargaan Industri

Business development continued in 2016 with the procurement of Apheresis Kits distributed to PMI, public and private hospitals, stem cell clinics, and UTD RS to support transfusion services and medical therapies.

In March 2017, the transfer of medical device distribution business activities occurred from PT Dirgantara Yudha Artha to PT Itama Ranoraya as part of the restructuring and strengthening of the Company's business structure.

In 2019, PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk was officially listed as a public company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the stock code “IRRA”.
